ÉLEVÉ Dance Collective LLC (“ÉLEVÉ”) licenses its brand, curriculum, and business systems to independent operators (“Licensees”) pursuant to written license agreements. Licensees are independent business entities and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of ÉLEVÉ.

Participation in any ÉLEVÉ licensing program does not grant ownership, equity, or partnership interest in ÉLEVÉ Dance Collective LLC. All rights and obligations of Licensees are governed solely by the applicable license agreement.

Licensees may operate only within their approved territory and must comply with all ÉLEVÉ standards, policies, branding requirements, and operational guidelines. Any unauthorized use, modification, or misuse of ÉLEVÉ intellectual property may result in termination of the license and legal action. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ÉLEVÉ Dance Collective LLC.

Trademark & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

ÉLEVÉ™, ÉLEVÉ Dance Collective™, ÉLEVÉ Foundations™, ÉLEVÉ Academy™, The ÉLEVÉ Collective™, the ÉLEVÉ Movement Method™, and all related names, program titles, curriculum, choreography, branding, logos, systems, and materials are the intellectual property of ÉLEVÉ Dance Collective LLC and are protected under United States and applicable international intellectual property laws.

Use of ÉLEVÉ intellectual property is permitted only pursuant to a valid written license, authorization, or partnership agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or imitation of ÉLEVÉ intellectual property, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal enforcement, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
