DNA Coaches lead weekly dance programs using our proprietary curriculum and national training system. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children, value structured systems, and want to be part of a nationally expanding youth dance platform. No formal dance or teaching experience required.

What You’ll Do

As an DNA Coach, you will:

  • Lead weekly Foundations and Academy programs

  • Deliver 45–60 minute classes using DNA's proprietary curriculum

  • Create a supportive, confidence-building environment for children

  • Follow structured lesson plans and teaching systems

  • Serve as a brand representative in your region - Build positive relationships with families and partner organizations

All curriculum, music, and lesson plans are provided.

Prior dance or teaching experience is helpful but not required.
All coaches complete DNA’s training and certification process.
